Annual Support Programme

You are our valuable customer, and we like to extend our appreciation to you for choosing us. GSM modem Type SGDK (comes with SMS Gateway Development Kit for free) has a 12 (or 3) months period of support. Once the period ends, there will be no support. In order to continue to receive support, we like to introduce our Annual Support Programme.

Benefits

Extending the support for the GSM modem and SMS Gateway Development Kit for another 12 months;

Free upgrade of SMS Gatweway Development Kit;

For MOBITEK Q24 GSM Modem only, during the annual support programme if the modem encounters any hardware failure, then a back-up unit shall be provided on self-collect basis.

For Wavecom GSM Modem, during the annual support programme, if the modem encounters any hardware failure, then a compatible back-up unit (not necessary Wavecom) shall be provided on self-collect basis.

Terms and Conditions of the Annual Support Programme

The programme is valid for 12 months, and for 1 GSM modem Type SGDK only.

The programme will commence on the date when payment is received.

One programme fee is applicable for 1 modem; if you want to have a continue support for 2 modems, then 2 programme fees are payable.

The programme is not transferable from 1 GSM modem to another GSM modem.

Terms and Conditions of Support

All supports are done via e-mail, and response time is within 3 working days.

Support for each component of the SMS Gateway Development Kit is according to the terms and conditions stated in the manual.

Support does not cover technical issues such as programming nor integration.

All e-mail must contain the following information:-

Company name
Invoice number
Description of problem

Support does not include on-site nor on-call.

Terms and Conditions of Free Upgrade and Lost CD

Please write to support2007@mobitek.com.my to request for an upgrade or if you have lost the any CD.

We will process your request, and a download link will be send to you within 7 working days. For lost CD, we will send to you a link to down load an "iso" file format, which you need to use a CD burning software e.g. Nero or CDBurnerXP to burn the "iso" file to CD.

Due to the different model, and different firmware of GSM modem, not all GSM modems are able to support the new version of SMS Gateway Development Kit. If this is the case, then you are entitled to purchase a new GSM modem with a discount. And the discount can only be used for one time only.
