What Operating System does it support?
Windows 98 / 2000 / XP 32 bit / 2003 32 bit only. It does not work in Linux, Vista nor Windows 7

Can it receive MMS?
No.

Can it send video?
No. At the moment, it supports sending image in "jpg" and "gif" formats

Can it send and read SMS?
Yes.

Does i38 MMS Modem come with SMS Gateway Development Kit?
No, because i38 does not support the kit.
