Get mobile into internet and intranet with your laptop or PC - even via IPSec and VPN secured connections. The XSPlug P3 offers a downlink speed up to 1.8 MB/s in the HSDPA mobile net. Without HSDPA it achieves up to 384 KB/s in 3G nets via UMTS. In 2G nets this PC card secures worldwide data access via EDGE (up to 237 KB/s) and GPRS.

A: Yes. These 3G modems are consumer grade and not industrial grade when compare to Wavecom, Ericsson and MR-900.
